The December meeting of South Dublin County Council took place this week. You can view the full agenda here and my video update is just below. Three things I wanted to highlight:
- The Council’s Capital Programme was presented, including community centres for Balgaddy and Clonburris, a park redesign for Quarryvale Park and redevelopment plans for the 12th Lock, including a micro-enterprise centre;
- The results of the Community Grants and Community Infrastructure Funds were presented; and
- We got sight of the Council’s Housing Delivery Plan, which will see 3,700 houses delivered, over half of which will be on Council land.
